Polina Kuleshova
Founder and Director of Link & Share Ltd since 2012
Polina is a media and communications expert whose extensive experience in internal and external PR and journalism ranges across construction, investments, oil & gas, and FMCG, including work with the publications Kommersant, Afisha and Expert. Her achievements include establishing a communications framework for the World Bank’s Forest Project, and media management and PR strategy for Henley & Partners and Strategy& (former Booz & Co), and the pioneering of the discussion of energy efficient construction in Russia through ROCKWOOL, while her specialist areas include green economy, corporate social and environmental responsibility, sustainability, and independent art.
Working with an international client-base, Polina has a vast network of contacts in media and business in Russia, Scandinavia and the UK, and speaks Russian and English. She is active in social issues, including palliative care, and brings her passion for improvement and change to all the projects she takes on.
I believe in always providing a personal service, and take full responsibility for all aspects of our individual clients’ campaigns, from design and planning through writing, editing and distribution, to providing training and running media events.
Dasha Verba
Dasha Verba is a copywriter and editor with over a decade’s experience in journalism, including writing for some of the largest Russian and CIS publishers, such as Kommersant and Forbes Russia. Her background has included positions as the editor-in-chief for publications in the telecoms, IT, FinTec and lifestyle sectors, including the corporate magazine for MTS (МТС), one of the largest mobile providers in CIS.
Dasha combines her publications experience with a marketing background, having worked in online marketing and offline advertising, with additional expertise in content creation, SMM, SEO, and direct email marketing. She speaks Russian and English, having moved from Minsk to London in 2012.
Phil Williams
Phil Williams is a copywriter and editor with a background in business, education and creative writing. He developed expertise in business strategy and operations as COO of the startup Mifinder, and has worked across a broad range of projects as a freelance writer and editor, including white papers, websites, academic texts and advertising material.
As a former teacher and the author of two English grammar reference guides and three language-related websites, Phil is an expert at applying language for different purposes.
Fidan Huseynli
Fidan Huseynli is the communications specialist with an extensive work experience in international and regional developmental projects. Her professional experience includes work for the first EU Twinning project and GIZ in Azerbaijan where she has managed relationships between the local governmental authorities, the German Ministry of Economy and Technology, and the EU Commission. She made valuable inputs during organization of high-level study tours of the local public servants to the leading German, Austrian and Slovakian energy companies such as RWE, E.ON, OMV, Slovak electricity transmission system, Plc (SEPS) as well as to the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna and TUM FRMII in Garching.
As the World Bank communications consultant she was instrumental in establishing of the nationwide school-based young foresters’ unions and managing relations with multiple stakeholders varying from small rural forest-dependent communities to the high-level decision-makers. Fidan has been briefly involved as the FAO’s consultant to develop a communication strategy for the project on National Forest Program and Forest Legislation in Azerbaijan. Her areas of expertise cover issues of sustainability, new media and modern communications techniques, crisis management as well as creation of the culturally aligned contents. As a human rights activist she was part of human rights, peacebuilding and gender equality activities in the wider region. Through her study at the College of Europe and research fellowship at the Johns Hopkins’s SAIS, Fidan is an active member of various regional initiatives such as the Central Asia, Mongolia, Caucasus and Afghanistan (CAMCA) Network — a growing network of young professionals committed to the ideas of regional cooperation and development. She is native in Russian, fluent in English and German, and currently residing in Heidelberg.
